From 2023 and ongoing flight attendants and captains from SWISS International Airlines have succesfully halted regular operations to or from Tel Aviv. Few irregular flights remain and some of them only continue under heavy pressure towards the flight crews to excecute them even during the continued genocide in Palestine and aggressions towards the people of Lebanon, Iran, Yemen, Syria etc by the Israeli Forces.

These efforts were uncoordinated and were performed by using the "fear clause" as we have the right to refuse work if it might endanger us or the airplane.

Many other established airlines like Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines were able to halt their flights to Israels Ben Gurion Airpoirt entirely. While the Lufthansa Group, which also transports weapons for Israel's continued onslaught somehow didnt manage to perform the same. All in the name of "guaranteeing safety as we have people on the inside" and threats like "refusing work for "political reasons" results in contract termination" - the unbiased people being "ex"-military/goverment officials of Israel - one of them working at Swiss Internation Airlines as the Safety/Security head. We as aviation workers demand a permanent stop to all flight operations and labor of aviation workers going into militarization.
